What is the process of a return?

Please email returns@honeybeebride.com within 14 days of shipment receipt (e.g., the day it was dropped off at your door step. We have tracking on all our shipments that we monitor to confirm date) and we will send you a return form. Once your return is received and inspected as per the policies listed here, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed. If the refund does not show up on your account after 10 business days, please feel free to contact us at support@honeybeebride.com with your order number. 

 

Its been 10 days and I still don’t see my refund what now?

How frustrating we know the feeling when we just want our money back! We apologize you’re experiencing this but please contact your credit merchant as often times there’s a processing time frame before a refund is posted. Times may vary per merchant, per bank.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@honeybeebride.com with your order number. 

 

Can I exchange my product?

You're may return full priced items for a refund within 14 days of your order ship date and then place a new order.

 

Are sale items returnable?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please always review description prior to purchase.

 

I was gifted with Honeybee Bee product but would like to return/exchange.

The original purchaser needs to process the return/ exchange even if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later. Once a return email has been received we will work on processing the refund to the original purchaser AKA the gift giver and they will find out about your return. We wish we could keep your secret but there’s no way around this.

 

Will I need to pay for returning the product?

You can either be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or we can send you a return label. If we send you a return label, in your refund, the cost of the return shipping ($9.99) will be deducted. Shipping costs are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Whether the return is at your own cost or we provided a return label, you must obtain proof of postage until you have received your refund or in case your order is lost on its way back to us. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

When does my order ship?

Within 2 days of when your order was received! You will receive an email with the tracking # once your order ships. Please note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, or Internationally we currently do not offer shipping but we like to make friends and happy customers so if you email us at support@honeybeebride.com we may be able to accommodate you. Shipping fees for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, or Internationally would be paid by the client and are non refundable.

 

How long does shipping take?

We offer complimentary ground shipping (depends on the distance of your location from New Orleans, it may take up 3-10 days to arrive) for all orders over $250 within the Continental US. 2day, 3 day options as well.

What is my return window?

I did not receive a tracking or return email, why?
