We work hard to find the best and most comfortable pieces available for your resort wear but we’re women as well and we get it, sometimes certain items may not fit accordingly or be what we thought.
Here's what you do!
-Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can provide you with a return form and instructions. *** (14 days of receiving your order is the day the carrier dropped off your package at your door step. We have tracking on all our shipments that we monitor to confirm date.)
-Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return.
-Any shipping charges are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
-To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange + place a new order.
-Any item purchased using a discount code or on sale is nonrefundable unless otherwise noted.
-Any returns must be made at your own cost and must obtain proof of postage until you have received your refund or in case your order is lost on its way back to us. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. (lets be real, shit sometimes happens!)
-Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from when your return is received.
-If you receive a refund, we will deduct a flat rate of $9.99 from the total to cover shipping costs.
-Exchange orders will ship within 48-72 hours of the original item being received back.

All items MUST be in original condition, please don’t be THAT person;
Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in any store, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
Lets stay away from the whoopsies such as deodorant or makeup stains, body oils such as tanning oils, coconut oil, or perfume(s) that may leave a mark or scent. This includes fabric deodorizer as well. If you can see it or smell it, so can we!
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including all tags (e.g., handbags should be returned with the original dust bag it came with) and the return slip.
Let's keep it hygienic for you + for all
Some items can't be returned, such as items where a hygiene strip or seal has been removed (e.g., swimwear and underwear). Please check product descriptions before you order. If you want to return swimwear please do not remove the original wrapping/seal for hygiene reasons.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packaged properly (i.e with return slip) and can't get damaged on the way!
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it can happen!). If we're able to locate the items (can't promise it'll always be possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
Shop nice, we’re a small business and we've got bills to pay too
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't seem right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them or ordering and returning loads – like waaay more than the average Sally (e.g. returnaholics) - then we reserve the right to deactivate your account and any associated accounts. Not cool to be that person.

Items that are not returnable
Please check product description especially if you have allergies to metals or you know you have sensitive ears. Due to hygiene reasons and well lets be frank we can’t monitor you trying on earrings; All earrings are final sale. Thank you for your understanding.

-We currently are only shipping within the United States.
-For orders over $150 (before tax and after discounts) we offer Free Ground Shipping within the continental U.S. only* If you'd like to have your order expedited, we offer expedited via USPS at your expense. Detailed shipping costs are available during checkout.
-Once your order has been placed, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
-Expedited orders placed by 4pm CST will ship next the day. You will receive an email with the tracking # once your order ships.
-Please note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
-Free Standard Shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please email us as we are currently only shipping to the continental US. By emailing us before placing an order we can do our best to accommodate on a case by basis and the shipping fee will be incurred by the purchaser.
Honeybee Bride is not responsible for lost packages, delayed delivery (e.g weather) or any other issues that may arise once the order leaves our possession. If the order is sent back to us by the shipping company, the customer will be required to pay for the re-shipping.
